The Darkest of days just got Darker (Open to Orochimaru, Sound Four and all Orochimaru pawns.)

Keiji had now recovered the Hachibi successfully and now was on his way to Orochimaru's hideout. He was wearing his long white Tunic with his dark blue button up vest and sash, all laced with gold as if he were a prince, his earings rang majestically as he walked and his hair would flow perfectly side to side as he walked. Keiji needed Orochimaru's scientific know-how to help him out with the pesky Hachibi. he carried a large sealed pot on his back which contained the comatose body of the Hachibi and its current owner. Keiji had done some before hand prep on where to look so he had a general idea of where this hideout would be. Of course, his relative, thinking like him, would be a place of interest which also helped because he figured they had similar taste, he had been told often that he looked just like Orochimaru aside from some minor details. Hopefully Keiji wouldnt run into some long time enemies while he was in Otogakure because so many people had hated him for his pompous attitude back in the academy. As Kieji walked through what seemed to be a forest he came to see what seemed like an entrance to an underground lair in the stump of a tree which was hidden and far off the beaten path.

Karuzo had just returned from patrolling the surrounding forest. As he returned to the base, he noticed a man standing near the entrance of the base. At first sight the man looked almost identical to Orochimaru, but his clothes were nothing Karuzo's master would ever wear, and his skin was less pale.

Karuzo had joined Orochimaru after his attempt to destroy konoha, and by now he was familiar with most members of Otogakure. This man was a stranger to him. However, judging by his looks and the fact that he actually found the hideout, Karuzo concluded that he was somehow connected to the sound.

Karuzo walked up to the stranger, eyeing the sealed pot on his back. Karuzo's traveling cloak covered his entire body save his face. His brown, messy hair and his goattee gave him a slovenly appearance, hiding the fact that the man was actually a jounin, and thus skilled in the arts of the shinobi. He asked with his typical blank, uninterested face "Who are you? What bussines do you have with the sound?"

Keiji saw the man around his age emerge from the surrounding forest and stare at him for a long moment in slight confusion about his appearance. Keiji smirked, showing off his grin and sharp Wolf like teeth, The bells on his earrings rang gently in the wind. Keiji threw his hand up in the air to let the large pot fall off of his back and land on the ground with a loud thud, averting his eyes to watch it fall. Keiji then brought his gaze back to the man who had questioned him, he was almost completely covered in a cloak which made Keiji laugh, "Why wear such a cloak like that? Are you unsightly man?" Keiji sneered in his rather condescending tone of which he used around those he did not know at all. Keiji stood there for a moment nd crossed his arms staring at the man, he bit his lip for a moment because he liked to, though about drawing out a cigarette but he though now would not be a good time to smoke because he was about to go underground and his cigarette would probably go out down there. "ME? who am i? Im Keiji, who are you?"

Karuzo's expression didn't change upon hearing the man's insult. He simply stated "I wear my cloak like this because its warm, nothing more nothing less. My name is Wasari Karuzo, jounin from the sound."

He stood still and paused for a moment. He now stood about two meters from the stranger. He noticed his blue eyes and wolf-like teeth. His hands beneath his cloak silently fetched one of the summoning scrolls on his back, also concealed by the cloak. He was on guard.

"You haven't answered my second question. What bussines do you have with the sound. You look alot like our leader, what are your connections to him?"

Keiji smirked and huffed for a moment as if he was displeased with Karuzo's answer, he had hoped to at least get to him with that insult. Keiji's eyes shifted from Karuzo to the entrance of the hideout, "Well i guess im in the right place then, Otogakure, the damn blasted place. Haah thats funny, i never made it to Jounin rank, i left before i ended up a useless lacky like you, i decided to just become strong by myself instead of leech off of the ones you looked up to, all together i see myself as a more accomplished person..." His voice trailed off, he lost intrest in the conversation as he remembered the main goal.

Keiji picked up the pot once more, squatting down to hoist both straps on his shoulders and picking it up on his back, it seemed as if it were big enough to hold a person. He made his way over to the entrance, not giving Karuzo a second look, "My name is Keiji, thats all you need to know...pawn."

Karuzo sighted, finally showing some emotion. It was irritation. Being called a useless pawn was annoying at most, especially considering he would only remain with Orochimaru until he had learned the Human Puppetry technique by witnessing it being used by Sasori.


He watched as Keiji made his way to the entrance while ignoring him. "I cannot let you pass without knowing your intentions. If you fled from Otogakure that would make you an enemy. There is a chance you might've come here to try and assasinate Orochimaru, and I can't have you kill him just yet.."

Keiji heard karuzo sigh,he was obviously getting to him now which made keiji grin. He listened as Karuzo explained that he could not let Keiji enter the base for fear he may be attempting an assassination on Orochimaru. Keiji laughed loudly without even looking Back, he had taken two or three steps forward before Karuzo was able to finish his sentence. Keiji said, with a cold and ruthless tone, "Well then...Karuzo..escort me in to the base and you can personally take me to Orochimaru-san."

Karuzo looked right into the man's ocean-blue eyes with his pale grey eyes. The color was pretty, but the look in the man's eyes was menacing. Wasn't he worrying to much? After all, Orochimaru was strong enough to even take down most Akatsuki members one on one, assasinating him would take either amazing stealth skills or amazing fighting prowes. If he was powerful enough to kill Orochimarun then he could easily take on Karuzo, so it was best to not insult the man. Luckely Karuzo wasn't the type to insult others anyway. To much effort.

"Will do. Follow me please.", he said as he made his way into the base.

Keiji grinned seeing as Karuzo was willing to take him into the base, he didn't want to have a debate over whether he was going to kill Orochimaru and have to prove he wasn't, especially to one of Orochimaru's pawns, that fact alone pissed Keiji off deep down inside. His business was between Orochimaru and himself, he would, without a doubt, share the information with Orochimaru and Orochimaru only. Keiji silently followed behind Karuzo, descending down into the cave-like entrance to the base, once inside, it was damp, cold, poorly lit and all together the den of a snake, Keiji felt almost at home.

Karuzo led the man through the maze-like base. The place was damp and cold as usual. The man held his traveling cloak tightly. He wasn't scared, and far to ununterested to care about the evil atmosphere of the place, he just hated being cold. He looked behind him to see if the man was still following him. He then took the upper scroll from the four scrolls on his back and summoned a puppet from it. The puppet looked like a big man, broad, tall and fat with a boards head. He then stopped and moved behind Keiji so that the man was between the puppet and its controller. "Just to make sure you don't go anywhere. Don't worry, as long as you follow me to Orochimaru nothing will happen."

After a while the two reached a wooden door. The door was plain looking, probably so that an enemy sneaking around wouldn't be able to distinquish it from the other doors in the base. The puppet gave the door two big knocks.
"Orochimaru-sama? I have brought a guest." The fact that he only adressed Orochimaru with "sama" in the sannin's presence clearly showed he was only loyal for so long the sound could give him what he needed.
